Fenland Textile Studio– Fenland Textile Studio has a range of hand stitched Kantha kits and books, Natural dyeing kits and DVD plus a stunning range of Valdani, Wonderfil and Paintbox Threads. Daily demonstrations.

Spangles– Kits for beadable items, books, beading equipment, tool, wires, threads, and findings.  We’ve been around for 35 years and usually say “Yes, we’ve got that!”

The Common Thread – offers a range of beautiful designer embroidery kits. We also stock hand dyed silk ribbons, the full range of the hand dyed Chameleon Threads, as well as mother of pearl accessories and other haberdashery items. Our embroidery kits include designs for the beginner in the “Sample of Stitches” Collection, as well as designs for the more experienced embroiderer who is looking for a more challenging project.

Rosie B Yarns– Hand-dyed natural yarns and fibres for knitting, crochet, felting and spinning.

21st Century Yarns– Unique hand-dyed threads and fabrics in a wonderful array of colours and textures, unique designer packs. Suitable for all creative textile art.

Eau Brink Studio– hand and machine sewn items, mixed media art, Powertex items such as brooches, needle felt items.  Advertising and booking of workshops at Eau Brink Studio and beyond.

Creative Stitch–  offers courses in machine embroidery, patchwork and quilting.  These courses replace the old City & Guilds courses.  Come and watch us demonstrate various aspects of the course.

Korry’s Little Shop– Goldwork supplies, embroidery and felt kits

Batik n Beads- Hand dyed felts.  Stef Francis threads. Japanese cube and seed beads and batik fabric.

Claire Rudin– Cultural Diversity and the Natural World are my favourite inspirations for my Batik scarves, paintings, hangings and handmade cards. My batik is hand drawn on silk or cotton.

Nutmeg– designs unique cross stitch kits which make up into 3D objects, including miniature buildings, cards, boxes, games, and decorations.

Felt Meets Cloth- makes felted art objects, as well as homewares and wearables, and is run by the artist Abigail Thomas, who works with wool to create unique works of art.

Hi,

I am Claire Cousins, a Textile Teacher and the Proprietor of Claire’s Creative Craft Cabin and it is my pleasure to share my passion through this new Textile Fair.   I will be bringing together textile artists and textile retailers to a local Cambridgeshire college where I hope you may join us too in the celebration of this growing art and craft.
